Working as a Webmaster/CRM Intern increased my knowledge of how a large multi-national company operates. This also gave me an excellent opportunity to improve my ASP and SQL programming skills and dramatically improved my knowledge of database administration. I had a wide range of responsibilities including administrating the companies CRM system: ONYX, fixing errors on dynamic websites, providing technical support and maintaining database information. I also set up new websites, provided website statistics, created backups and I was also responsible for making changes to large orders of specific products in the databases. Read more.
